How much is your home or property worth? One of the primary decisions in selling your property is to determine its value. Home value can be derived from many factors of
course, but in the end your home is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Setting the inital asking price can make the
difference between a quick sale or a long protracted waiting period for your first offer.
What you should be looking for is a number somewhere in between those extremes. Sell too quickly and you may have seriously
under-valued your home. Conversely a home that stays listed in a market for too long is often over-looked by new buyers which
leads to the inevitable price reduction and relisting (with a potential delay between listings).
