Is the sign included?
Our sign is included with any paid listing service that we currently offer. A heavy guage wire stake is also included or you can upgrade to the steel frame with rider for an even more professional look.

What's it made of?
Our yard sign is contructed of thick 8mm (over 1/4 inch) Coroplast material and is suitable for use with the included heavy guage wire stake or in our available steel sign frame with rider.

Can I use my own sign?
We request that you use only our sign, as there are some MLS Associations that prohibit the use of any other sign except the one provided to you by the listing agent.
