Our full service broker support includes the following:
- Review and discuss the merits of offers with you and point out areas of
concern or inconsistency with customary practice.
- Prepare the counter offer and present it to the buyer's agent and
negotiate on your behalf.
- Finalize negotiation and contract of sale.
- Open escrow.
- Order all inspections and reports required.
- Hold buyers agent and buyer accountable to the terms of the agreement with respect
to inspections and contingency release periods.
- Coordinate escrow with all parties involved, including buyer's agent,
escrow officer, lender, inspectors, etc.
- Other services as needed to successfully close the escrow.
