A Message from the CEO

First of all, thank you for taking the time to consider Ulistit.com, as your real estate brokerage. My pledge to you is that I will personally be available to you by phone or email 7 days a week. My goal is to not only provide cutting edge technology, but also the personal touch that is often lost in business today.

Ulistit.com was founded on the almost universal public opinion that the commission real estate agents charge is disproportionate to the services they provide. I knew there was a better way to provide the services and expertise that home sellers need without charging exorbitant commissions.

Ulistit.com is different in that we don't have a one size fits all model. At Ulistit.com, you pay only for the services you need and not for the services you don't. We generally break these services into three areas;

#1 is the listing process itself

#2 is the negotiation with a potential buyer

#3 is the escrow process of completing the sale

When you combine all three, you have full service which is what most real estate offices offer. The great thing about Ulistit.com is that should you choose all three services, you will still pay far less than with a traditional real estate brokerage. We are consistently asked by our clients how we can offer the same service at such a reduced price. The answer is simple, we don't have a big fancy office and we can operate over a much larger geographic area than most offices. This combination along with our technology truly makes Ulistit.com a revolution in real estate.
