How does it work?
As a professional courtesy in Real Estate, brokers will pay other brokers a referral fee for sending them a client. This typically
happens when a client is moving to an area the referring broker does work in. When you allow Ulistit.com to refer you to a Realtor in
the area you are interested in, we will split the referral fee we receive with you. The referral fee is paid to us after you close
escrow on your purchase.
The referral fee is generally from 30% of the gross commission the broker receives. This means that you will receive 15% of the
gross commission. The chart above will show you how much you can potentially earn from using our AgentMatch program.
What if I don't like the agent you refer?
No problem. If you let us know and we can find you another one. At Ulistit.com we only refer our clients to agents that hold the CRS designation,
the highest designation available in real estate. This assures you that you are working with a highly experienced and qualified Realtor. Only 4% of Realtors
hold this designation nationwide.
